Product strategy, design and engineering

We build the software your business runs on.

Websites, mobile apps, MVPs and enterprise systems. One team takes it from the first conversation to a system in production: strategy, architecture, design, build and QA.

Who we build for

Three kinds of people call us.

  • Founders and startups

You need it in market, not in a deck.

We scope the smallest version that proves the business, architect it so it will not need rebuilding at traction, and ship it with you.

    • MVPs
    • Product launches
    • Investor ready builds
  • Small and medium businesses

Your website or your internal tools are costing you customers.

We rebuild the digital layer of the business: the site people judge you by, and the systems your team actually runs on.

    • Websites
    • Web platforms
    • Internal tools
    • Automation
  • Enterprise and institutions

You have a complex system to design, integrate or replace.

We do the architecture and system design first, then deliver, with the documentation, testing and handover your organisation requires.

    • Solution architecture
    • Integrations
    • Custom platforms
    • Quality assurance

Capabilities

Everything between the idea and the launch.

Most teams have to hire four vendors to cover this. That is where products die, in the gaps between them.

  • 01

    Product strategy and discovery

Problem definition, research, scope, and the decision of what not to build.

  • 02

    Solution architecture and system design

How the system is structured, integrated and scaled, decided before code.

  • 03

    Product design

Interfaces people can use without training, designed as a system.

  • 04

    Engineering

Web platforms, mobile applications, APIs and integrations. Built to be handed over.

  • 05

    Quality assurance

Testing as a discipline, not a final afternoon.

  • 06

    Launch and growth

Positioning, messaging and the go to market work that decides whether anyone shows up.

How each of these works

How we work

No two projects are the same, so we do not price them that way.

Every engagement starts by understanding the problem properly. What you get back is a written proposal covering scope, approach, milestones, risks and cost, before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Thirty minutes. What the business needs, what exists today, and what done looks like. We tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Scope, approach, milestones, risks and cost, in writing. Written for your situation, and never a number pulled off a single conversation.

  3. 03

    Blueprint

Solution architecture, data model, integrations and the delivery plan. Designed before anything is built, and yours to keep.

  4. 04

    Build

Design and engineering, with working software you can see every week. You are never guessing where it stands.

  5. 05

    Partnership

Launch, handover and documentation, then we stay on as your product team for as long as it is useful.

We build our own products too. Specifics when they are ready to ship.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

  • Because a number without a scope is a guess, and guesses cost both of us money. Two projects that sound identical in a sentence can differ tenfold in architecture, integration and risk. Every figure we give is written for the specific job, in full and in advance, and you see it before you commit to anything.

  • Never off a single conversation. We take the time to understand what is actually being asked for, including the parts nobody mentions in the first meeting, and the proposal is written against that. It takes longer than a same day estimate. It is also the reason the number does not move later.

  • From a single high stakes product surface to a multi quarter platform. What matters more than size is that there is a real problem, a real budget, and someone able to make decisions.

  • No. Agencies sell hours and staff projects from a bench. We take ownership of an outcome, with the same senior team from strategy through to launch.

Book a 30 minute call. We will ask what you need, tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it, and follow up with a written proposal if we are. No pitch.
